The diocnageese already runs programmes in development work, agriculture, health and education. It plans to establish a Savings & Credit scheme (SACCOS) at Parish llevel, Rural Deaneries, Archdeaconries and Diocesan levels. It also intends to establish Mtoni Job Opportunity and Vocational Training Centre.
